In order to verify that a payment was made we require the POP (Proof Of Payment)
Follow the steps below to upload the POP (Proof Of Payment)
- Log into the portal
- Go to “My Account” tab
- Click on “Payments”
- Select “Notify us of a SWIFT/On-line Payment”
- Select your POP by clicking on choose file
- Click submit
