I have made a payment but the system is saying I need to make payment?

In order to verify that a payment was made we require the POP (Proof Of Payment)

Follow the steps below to upload the POP (Proof Of Payment)

1. Log into the portal
2. Go to “My Account” tab
3. Click on “Payments”
4. Select “Notify us of a SWIFT/On-line Payment”
5. Select your POP by clicking on choose file
6. Click submit
